Citrine is a variety of quartz, the color being in the range from yellow to
golden brown to burnt amber. It is one of the two minerals on the planet which
does not hold and accumulate negative energy, but dissipates and transmutes it,
working out problems on both the physical and subtle levels.
Deposits of natural colored citrines are found in Brazil, Madagascar, and the
United States, as well as in Argentina, Burma, Russia, Scotland and Spain.
